Please also note that under no circumstances whatsoever will BUA Cement Plc. demand payment in whatever form before awarding contracts.
BUA Cement Plc. shall therefore not be liable for any loss(es) or damages suffered by any individual or corporate entity who falls prey to these fraudulent elements issuing fake contract/procurement award letters on non-existing projects.
