Kindly also note that under no circumstances whatsoever will BUA Cement demand payment in any form from anyone before the award of any contracts whatsoever.
BUA Cement Plc shall, therefore, not be liable for any loss(es) or damages incurred by any individual or corporate entity that may fall prey to such fraudulent acts.
