These individuals use fake letterheads, forged signatures, and fictitious names purported to be those of some senior staff of BUA Cement Plc.
Please note that BUA Cement Plc. contract/procurement award letters are prepared on our corporate letterhead with a uniqueness and the approval of persons with the authority to issue such within the Company. Please also note that under no circumstances whatsoever will BUA Cement Plc. demand payment in whatever form before awarding contracts.
BUA Cement Plc. shall therefore not be liable for any loss(es) or damages suffered by any individual or corporate entity who falls prey to these fraudulent elements issuing fake contract/procurement award letters on non-existing projects.
